Petadd is a business-to-business marketplace for the pet trade. Retail shops discover brands, browse wholesale catalogues, place orders and talk to suppliers directly. We are the place where the two sides meet — the sale itself is a contract between the shop and the supplier.

Businesses only: retail pet shops buying wholesale, and suppliers or distributors selling it. We are not a consumer shop — there are no retail orders for private customers here.

Listing and selling on Petadd is currently free and we take no commission on orders. If we ever introduce commissions, subscriptions or paid placement, we will publish the terms and give at least 30 days' notice, and they will not apply to orders already placed.

Pick “Apply as Retailer” in the header or the footer, fill in your business details and create an account. You get a cabinet straight away; wholesale access is opened by verification, which is the next step.

Wholesale pricing, ordering and messaging with suppliers are reserved for shops verified at Tier 2. Until your verification goes through, the catalogue is browsable but prices stay hidden — suppliers treat them as confidential commercial information.

Documents that show you trade as a business — company registration, tax or VAT number, a trading licence where your country issues one. We may ask for more evidence. If we refuse, the reason is recorded in your cabinet, and you can come back with better documents.

Placing an order is your offer to buy on the terms shown; the contract appears when the supplier accepts it. Prices, availability, lead times and shipping come from the supplier and can change before acceptance. Changes and cancellations are agreed with the supplier — once goods have shipped, their policy applies.

You pay the supplier directly on the terms you agree with them. Petadd does not process payments, hold funds, issue invoices or act as carrier. Import duties, VAT and customs formalities are yours to handle unless the supplier states otherwise in writing.

Tell us. We can try to reach them, and where the pattern repeats we act against the supplier account. Be straight about what we cannot do: we are not a party to your contract, so we cannot refund you or take the order over. Keep the conversation on Petadd — then both sides share one history.

Pick “Apply as Supplier”, register the company and submit business documentation for Tier 2 verification. Everything that touches other businesses — wholesale pricing, product listings, orders, messaging and claiming a brand page — opens once verification passes.

A supplier is your company — the account, the verification, the catalogue, the orders. A brand is a label in the catalogue with its own public page. One supplier can be the official seller of a brand, but the two are not the same thing: a brand can exist here without a supplier, and a supplier can trade without running a brand page.

No. There is no commission and no listing fee today, and nothing obliges you to sell exclusively through Petadd — orders you take elsewhere are none of our business. Any future fees come with published terms and at least 30 days' notice.
