DOG PPL is a members-only social club for dogs and the people they come with — an off-leash park run like a hospitality venue. Member dogs are temperament-screened and vaccination-checked, staff called Rufferees supervise the play, and the human end of the leash gets a bar, shade and somewhere to sit. Clubs in Santa Monica and Brooklyn.
